Basic dyes for acrylic fibers, wood, reeds, straw, hemp, paper and leather

A few things you should know--

• Dyes are transparent. Consider the color you are starting with when choosing your dye color. If you start with an item that is red and dye it blue, you will something purple
• Not all materials will take the dye in the same way. Your results may vary.and  it may end up being wonderful! But sometimes trial and error will be necessary
• This is a warm/hot water dye that uses white vinegar as an important part of the dying process.  The hotter the water, the brighter the results.  Use the hottest water you feel comfortable with
• Wear a dust mask while handling the dye in powder form.  Wear gloves throughout the dying process.
