Shell buttons


These buttons are all made from natural shells. Much of the beauty lies in the fact that no two buttons are the same. Use these as buttons, or they can be incorperated into jewelry or used for other craft purposes.

Shipping within the US is included in the cost of all of the buttons!

These are more traditional looking buttons with the beauty of the natural shells.

4-hole abalone button. These are nice thick buttons

  • 5/8" $.95 each.
  • 3/4" $1.05 each.
  • 7/8" $1.50 each.
  • 1 1/8" $2.05 each.

    • 2-hole abalone button-slightly thinner than the 4-holed version. These have a bit more flair than the 4-holed version too!

  • 5/8" $1.55 each.
  • 1" $2.55 each.
  • 1 1/8" $2.85 each.

    • 2 hole natural pearl button. These tend to have waves in them which help reflect the light.

  • 1" $2.85 each.
  • 1 1/4" $3.35 each.
  • 1 3/8" $3.85 each.

    These are chunky bits of abalone shell. They are nice and thick, each one is different!
  • Large Irregular oblong. About 1 7/8" x 1 1/4". $5.85 each.
  • Small Irregular oblong. About 1" x 1/2". $3.05 each

  • This abalone sword is one of my favorite buttons. Wonderful as the top focal button. We have sold lots of them to be used as the clasp for a neclace as well. 2 1/2" long. 3/8" at its widest. $4.45 each
