My hand is demonstrating how sheer this fabric is!

The base fabric is called "nuganza." It is a fairly stiff, sheer nylon fabric. Because it is so sheer, the intensity of the color comes when you do layers, or gather it up. On top of the nuganza are little spots of holgraphic silver glitter.
