How do I choose the correct pad?
Start by deciding what medium you want to work with. Papers are designed to work best when used with the appropriate medium. If you are going to be using different mediums consider purchasing a mixed media pad.
How do I know what size pad to buy?
That is up to you. 9"x12" is a nice place to start. Big enough to work on but not so big that it is overwhelming.
Have you ever made a book cover out of a brown paper bag and then drew on it? This is that paper but in pad form. An inexpensive, heavy-weight all-purpose craft paper, good for temporary drawings and bold sketches. 50 sheets per pad. |
